01/28/05 2.5 791.2 Made a new Throttle & Prop Cable Plate (see Drawing) that keeps the cables aligned a little better. Here's a picture of the cable attach plate that comes on the pre-welded fuselages and the one that gave me the idea for a custom plate. Drilling 7/16" holes in plate for cables
01/31/05 2.7 793.9 Decided to drill out the plate to make the plate lighter. Test fitted, tack welded then finished welded in the new throttle & prop plate. Also confirmed the location of the threaded rod tack welded on the throttle & prop levers that holds the knobs. After making sure they were going to slide in the aluminum cover plates nicely I welded them up too. Plate jigged for tack welding Alignment of cables with levers
